JLOKBet Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each person may hold only one JLOKBet account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You must keep this information current. JLOKBet is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate information in your account profile.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts, or at any time JLOKBet deems it necessary, we will request identity verification documents. These may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or similar)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months)

Account Security

Welcome Bonus

Abuse of Bonuses

JLOKBet monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings, and to restrict or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free return, and withdrawing after meeting the minimum rollover in a manner that systematically extracts bonus value without genuine gameplay.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on JLOKBet's sportsbook are governed by the rules stated in the relevant event's market at the time of placement. General sports betting rules applicable to all JLOKBet markets include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. JLOKBet is not responsible for odds displayed in error and reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly erroneous prices.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play time for the market to be settled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless JLOKBet's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to brief delay for odds verification. JLOKBet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a live event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. JLOKBet may reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. Any single void selection reduces the accumulator by that leg; the bet is not automatically voided unless all legs are void.

9. Responsible Gaming

Players may also close their own JLOKBet account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. 13. Dispute Resolution

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of JLOKBet that are not resolved through the internal complaint process or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
